As a lifelong athlete, I've always understood and appreciated the importance of fitness and proactive health management. However, once I was introduced to resistance training in high school, I knew it would be a foundational element of my life from thereon. Consequently, it became my mission along the way to also coach others and share the many benefits of regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle. More than a decade later, I'm proud to say I've helped countless folks do just that!
